Please include your account email and the device you’re using (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18) so we can help faster.
Open the app and register with your email and a password, or tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google to sign in with your existing account. A verification code is emailed to you when you register or reset your password.
Go to Import Music and connect Apple Music or Spotify to import your songs and playlists. You can also rank songs already in your on-device Apple Music library. Connecting a service is optional—you can use the app without linking an account.
Full-song playback uses your own streaming subscription. On iPhone, make sure Apple Music access is allowed (Settings → Tune Tournament) and that you have an active Apple Music subscription; the app then plays the correct catalog recording. When a track isn’t available through your subscription, the app falls back to a web source.
Start a tournament, then pick the winner of each matchup. The app infers a full ranking from your choices—you don’t have to compare every pair. Your rankings appear on the Ranked Songs tab and the Leaderboard.
Purchases are handled by the App Store (or Google Play). To restore a purchase on a new device, sign in with the same store account you bought it with. Refunds are managed by the store: on the App Store visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time—in the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account) or on our account deletion page. Accounts that sign in with Apple or Google can be removed by emailing us from the address on the account.
